Listen to a few of my favorite bops ;) ^^
"And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?...Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath."

  • Happy Friday! I pray that you all have had a beautiful week! Personally, yesterday was a bit of an emotional day for me, and it seemed like little things were making me cry or get overwhelmed. As I reflected on this song, it’s so beautiful to know that all we need to do in moments like this is stop and focus on Jesus. Yes, it seems straightforward, but I don’t know about you, but I often have difficulty doing this. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The truth is Jesus is always there. He’s the Mountain we can run to when we feel like we’re falling apart. He’s the Fountain of Living Water that we can drink from when running dry - because we’ll never thirst again. He is the definition of LOVE.

I want to encourage you today to run to Him with everything you carry. He takes EVERY burden, and you can find rest in His arms. 🧡 In everything, Jesus will never let go of you because you are His. May the King of our hearts be the Mountain we run to and the Fountain we drink from during the excellent and not-so-great moments because He is our constant when nothing around us feels stable. He is our Foundation. 🧡 How are you? How has God been moving in your life recently? Comment below! 💛💛

  • Happy September BELOVED 🧡

There’s beauty in knowing that we can’t live this life on our own. Every single day, we desperately need Jesus to lead and guide us. Through the trials and tribulations we face, they’re opportunities to know Christ more, and be sanctified and purified, which produces growth. But you know what? We don’t always get it right.

Have you ever remembered a poor choice that you’ve made in the past or something that you’ve done wrong, and it seems like it keeps replaying in your head? Me too. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then, before you know it, guilt and shame have made a resting place in your mind and heart. But get this: the enemy is the chief accuser. He is the one who is reminding you of what you’ve done wrong when God has already forgiven you. The enemy is the one who places that cloud of condemnation over your head, replaying your mistakes over and over in your mind like a recording, ultimately keeping you from experiencing the peace and grace that only comes from Christ. But - God is the One who has redeemed you and restored you. The Holy Spirit is the One Who lovingly convicts, allowing us to repent and continue to press toward the mark of Christ to be more like Him.

As Paul says, there is a war going on between flesh and spirit, (Galatians 5:16-17), and we fall sometimes, but we can take those shameful thoughts captive together and remember our freedom in Christ Jesus. His grace is greatest gift and as Romans 8:1 says, we should never live in condemnation as new creatures! God knows that we’re flawed, and if we let Him, He will continue to prune us and sanctify us wholly, which is a process for sure, but beloved, don’t wallow in guilt or shame during the process of this journey because those words don’t come from God. He adores and wants all of you - and yes, even the messy parts because that’s what He loves to work with! 💛

P.s don’t worry, the enemy will be punished for all his accusations.

“And I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, “Now have come salvation and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ; for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accused them before our God day and night.”
- Rev 12:10 (kjv)
  • Happy Friday!!! Hope you all are doing well!! I wanted to share some thoughts about “Being There” in the presence of God and sitting in His stillness. Also, if you’re free, I’d love for you to join tonight’s community zoom meeting at 7pm CST ! Click the link in my story to join! 💛

Lately, I’ve been navigating a season where my circumstances have been influencing my emotions, which in turn shape my thoughts, affecting how I approach prayer and welcome the Lord’s presence. What’s truly captivating is that no matter how we feel, we can always call upon the Father, and He always draws near to us. We can seek His presence, knowing that He understands the deepest parts of us without us having to convey our feelings to Him. This in turn, strengthens our relationship with Jesus 🩷

He is our ultimate source and the answer to every challenge and situation we encounter. No matter the things we face, we’re empowered to release our own comprehension at His feet, and come to the altar to experience His Beauty!

He paints an exquisite portrait of our lives, eventually revealing the purpose behind traversing those difficult, seemingly dark paths, and as Romans 8:28 says, we can trust that ALL things work together for a bigger purpose including the good in us and the glory of the Lord, yes, even those painful moments in life. He will never leave you! 💛
  • This hymn has been on my heart this week. I pray that it blesses you. You are so loved. No matter how you’re feeling, the Blood of Jesus is more powerful than anything that we face. 🧡
